When you use the signup or build-ticket forms on this site, we collect what you type in: your server name, a contact method (email or Discord handle), which product you're interested in, and any message or description you add.
When you pay through Stripe Checkout, we receive confirmation that a payment succeeded and basic order details (what was purchased, the amount). We never receive or store your card number — Stripe handles that directly, and it never touches our servers.
Stripe, to process payments. Form submissions are also delivered to our team directly through Discord so we can respond quickly. We don't sell or rent your information to anyone.
This site does not currently run advertising or analytics tracking pixels. If that changes — for example, to measure ad performance — this page will be updated first, and a cookie notice will appear on the site describing exactly what's added.
We keep submission and order information as long as needed to fulfill your request or subscription. Ask us at the contact below and we'll delete what we can.
