Non-refundable once your ad has been posted. If we fail to post it as described, you get a full refund.
Priority Partnership, Featured Sponsor Slot, monthly care plans, and Automated Recurring Ads can be canceled anytime. Canceling stops future charges but doesn't refund the current billing period you've already paid for.
Bot builds go through a scoping ticket before any payment link is sent — by the time you pay, the scope is already agreed on. If we don't deliver what was scoped, refunds are handled case by case. Once a build is delivered and accepted, it's non-refundable.
Reach out to us first — most issues get sorted out faster that way than through a card dispute.
